Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Each order ships in 5-10 business days. We currently ship to only the U.S. and Canada. 

Return Policy:

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. If you need to return an item, please make note of our "no hassle" 15-day return policy:

• If the item was damaged during shipment, we will replace it.
• If we shipped the wrong item, we will take it back. 

All return requests must be made within 15 days of the date you received the item. Send us an email explaining the problem and include the following information:

• Why you want to return the item, including pictures or video of the problem.
• Your Order ID
• Your name, address, email address and daytime phone number

Once your request has been approved, we would send a return shipping label and detailed return shipping instructions. 

We do not accept returns if you decide you no longer want the item after purchasing.
